Hi Members

 

 

There’s been some great trips so far this year and a big thank to everyone who has come on board to put these trips up. Easter at Yass was terrific and Chris found us some great tracks to have a play on. The fishing was good too and Michelle caught a fish while Margaret hauled in a turtle...O well this was more than us guys were able to snag.

 

I haven’t had the chance to welcome the new Committee who came on board early this year. Thanks to Lee-Anne, Ben and Andrew for putting your hands up to help out with the running of the Club and also it’s good to have Mark back in the Driver Trainer’s seat.

 

We had a great night out at the Go Kart track where we raced against our mates in the Aussie Tracks 4WD Club. What a fun night and plenty of competition all around. We were only just beaten but a for most of our members, this was their first time on the track, so I think we did pretty well. Thanks to the Aussie tracks guys & girls for making it such a fun filled night…..they are always great to have on a trip. I believe they are going  to put on a paint ball day in the near future so keep an eye out for that members.

 

Don’t forget we are always looking for new tracks to try out so if you know of any don’t forget to put a trip up for the rest of us to go on.

 

It is good to see Craig come back to the Club after a short break and also welcome to Shayne. I have had the pleasure of going on a couple of trips with them both lately and they have a wealth of knowledge of good places to go driving. I hope you enjoy your time in the Club and I look forward to so great trips away.

 

I know it has been a bit cold lately and people don’t seem to like to go camping in winter, but the days are good and you just have to make sure you are warm at night. It would be great to see a few more of you book in on the upcoming trips as it makes for more fun.
